Flipboard For Android Is the Social magazine Of Choice With New Mobiles Like The S4

by Zoober on March 3, 2013 in Apps & Games

Flipboard, claimed to be ‘your social magazine’ does an outstanding job at doing just as it says. What will be fascinating to see is how it matches up with the Samsung Galaxy s4 that is said to be released in the coming days.

As the name suggests, Flipboard lets you create boards which you can then flip around to get the news that you want. Choose from as many different subjects as you want and then put these boards up on your screen – much like you would ala Pinterest.

Not only do you get put up all your favourite news sources, but there is also social media access directly from the Flipboard app so you can share new and photos/images with all of your friends so nobody misses out on the fun.

As a reader, it gets great reviews from its customers. Comments such as nothing comes close to it and Flipboard is truly the best from  genuine commenters shows that is is without a doubt worth a look if it is the kind of app you are looking for.

Flipboard is a new app that was made with new devices in mind. There is nothing wrong with grabbing a new app for an older device because more often than not they are still compatible, however, for optimization it should be very impressive if you are grabbing one of the newer devices that is set to be released such as the Galaxy S4 or the iPhone 5S, as well as the other variants said to be coming out later this year.

Currently, Flipboard is only designed for Android mobiles and tablets. There is no set release date for Apple devices and it doesn’t seem like they plan on bringing it out for Apple devices any time soon. If you do own an Android device and are looking for a great reader app, then you should check out Flipboard from the Google Play link below.
